Shipping Locations
We ship to all countries worldwide except the European Union (EU) and Northern Ireland due to current GSPR regulations.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch notification once your order has been sent.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
United Kingdom:
- Standard 2nd Class: Free, delivery in 2–4 business days
- First Class: £1.50 upgrade, delivery in 1–2 business days
International Orders (excluding EU & NI):
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination, size, and weight of your order.
- Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days (may vary depending on location and local postal services)
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, public holidays, or events beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
- UK Standard shipping is free.
- First Class upgrade costs £1.50.
- International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Orders
Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels once dispatched. If your order does not arrive, you may contact the carrier directly.
